Welcome to my page! I'm a multi-instumentalist (keys, drums, guitar, bass, percussion, and vocals) born and raised in Washington DC. I've developed a reputation for performing with and producing all types of acts. I'm equally comfortable in Jazz, Funk, Gospel, Brazilian, Latin, Soul, and R&B.

 

I've been lucky enough to work with Raul Midon, Fred Yonnet, Hugh Masekela, Cyrus Chestnut, Pharoh Saunders, and Bennie Maupin to name a few. I was honored to win a student downbeat award in 2012 for my work with the Howard University Jazz Ensemble and currently lead my own critically acclaimed ensemble “Groove Orchestra". I also recently started performing with a stripped down version of Groove Orchestra I call the G.O! 4tet, which is great for fans who love Groove orchestra but can't wait for a big event with the larger group.

I'm currently working on a couple of things: I'm working on a solo project for Shacara Rogers, finishing a new Groove Orchestra record, and some pretty innovative educational stuff as well so make sure to sign up for our email list to get exclusive content, updates, and free stuff:)
